Three pomades, three finishes, one method. Take product from the tin and emulsify it between your palms until it warms up and spreads easily. Apply starting at the crown and work toward the front, scalp to ends, coating the hair liberally. Go back over any dry spots with a little more product. What changes per tin is how much you use, how damp your hair is, and how you finish.
Extreme Hold Matte Pomade
Start with a small amount; less than you think you need. Apply to towel-dried or dry hair and coat liberally to build texture. Finish with your fingers for a rougher, more textural style, or run a comb through for a cleaner classic look.
Fiber Pomade
Take one to two knuckles from the tin. Apply to towel-dried or dry hair. Finish by combing or pushing the hair into the shape you want.
Blue Pomade
Take one to two knuckles from the tin. Apply to dry or slightly damp hair for high shine. Finish by combing into shape.
Give each one a proper run before you pick a favourite, a pomade behaves differently on day three of a cut than it does on day one.
