You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Return labels are only issued by our customer service team via email and must be requested by the customer. To request a return, please contact us at info@reuzel.de with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return label has been issued and the product has been returned and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 14 days.

If Reuzel is at fault (e.g. incorrect item, damaged goods, production error or carrier damage/loss), we will cover the full return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
