Shipping Policy and Potential Delays

We do everything we can to ensure that your parcels arrive on time and safely. Although we cannot guarantee your exact delivery date, we strive to provide a punctual and reliable service.

• Order Processing and Delivery: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Orders are shipped via DHL Standard, with an expected delivery time of 1–3 business days within Germany.

Please note:

• • Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CET).
  • Orders placed during weekends or outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Only in-stock items can be ordered. Products that are unavailable cannot be purchased through our shop.
    
    

• Shipping Partner: Our primary delivery partner is DHL. Due to high demand, particularly during holidays and special sales events, please note that shipping may take additional time due to carrier delays. While we work diligently to ensure timely and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on orders above €35 for delivery addresses within Germany.

• Shipping Restrictions: Reuzel.de ships to addresses within Germany only, though certain product restrictions may apply.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the total value of your order.
  For orders below €35, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 will be applied.

• Delays: During holiday seasons and special sales events, shipping times may extend by an additional 5-10 business days due to increased demand, longer processing time and potential carrier delays.
